Dr. Prof. Isabel Capeloa Gil (IFCU President)

is the Rector of the Catholic University of Portugal (UCP) since 2016 and was elected in July of 2018 as President of the International Federation of Catholic Universities (IFCU). She is a Full Professor of German and Culture Studies at UCP’s School of Human Sciences, and holds a PhD in German Studies.

He holds a PhD degree in Leadership from the Pannasastra University of Cambodia. He has more than 10 years of experience in providing young adults education to university students in social work and other related social science majors.

Prof. THUY Chanthourn, Ph.D.,

is a Vice-President of the Cambodian Historians Association and Deputy Director General, Institute of Culture and Fine Arts, Royal Academy. He is a member of National Council of Khmer Language and Director Ancient Iron Khmer Project as well as Member of Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).

has been Rector of the University of Saint Joseph since 2020. Originally from Wales in the UK, he is an Associate Professor of Theology and Ecclesiastical History.

Fr. Ingun Kang is a Korean Jesuit priest who has been working in Cambodia since 1997. At present, he is the executive director of Jesuit Service Cambodia and the director of MAGGA Jesuit Research Center in Phnom Penh.

is a Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies and Comparative Theology and the inaugural Director of the Research Centre for Studies of the Second Vatican Council at the Faculty of Theology and Philosophy, Australian Catholic University in Sydney.

Prof. John Giordano, Assumption University of Thailand

He received his Ph.D. in philosophy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has been a lecturer in philosophy at the Assumption University of Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand since 2003.
