IX-Volunteerism

a- 15 students from SPI will do volunteer
b- Around 10 to 17 people from SPI (SPI’s staff) will help for the whole conference

Volunteers tend to quickly get the spaces set up for attendees. With keynote presenters, it’s important that the voluntary students are there to make sure that any audio and video presentation is working. Voluntary students can help with plenty happening during a conference and attendees will frequently have questions. The attendees may need location information, time information, and sometimes just a little help to find the best session for them. Voluntary students are the vital parts to lead, introduce greetings and share the topical related-content knowledge to attendees during field visiting in vans.
So, all participants in the 28th ASEACCU conference can ask some help from SPI’s volunteer group during the event.

XI-Certificate

E-certification dramatically speeds up the documentation process. It helps the participants to avoid the costs and delays associated with the issuing and transportation of certificates in hard copy. E-certificate is an effective option for the participants. The authorized certificates of participation will be issued to the participants two weeks late after the conference. It will be delivered individually via email.

XII-Exposure

There are three intended destinations for NGOs exposure; organization for the poor, disabilities, and education. The participants are separated into six groups (maximum). The two groups must get in two vans to visit a direction and vice versa. There will be a guide introducing the backgrounds and history of each field-related place so that the travelers are able to take some notes based on the facts. After visiting the destinations, SPI students will lead the groups in reflections on what has been learned from the field visit. Those can be questions and answers or individual reflective presentations.
